Full kits, flexible product selection

Each kit contains 10 vials of the same product and strength. Order five or more full kits total, with no minimum per SKU. Choose one supply source per order.

China and Dallas

China ordering is available, subject to product and strength confirmation. China inbound shipping is a flat $88 per order. Dallas is currently a pricing preview, with an expected opening of November 15; orders open only after warehouse availability is confirmed. Dallas inbound shipping will be $40 overnight. These are separate supply routes and cannot be combined in one order.

Arrival inspection and onward shipping

Supplier shipments arrive at Retro Tide first for an arrival check. Retro Tide covers the final two-day shipping leg to the customer. Supplier processing, inbound transit and inspection are additional; two days is not the total delivery promise. Any stated timing is an estimate subject to supplier and carrier conditions.

Payment and documentation

Checkout shows product prices and the applicable inbound shipping charge. Wait for availability and final order confirmation before sending payment by bank transfer or Zelle. Supplier purchasing begins only after cleared funds are manually verified. Optional existing-batch COA documentation is quoted separately at the $50 service rate; the number of reports and matching batch must be confirmed before it is added. It is not included automatically in the displayed kit total.
